Since January 19, 2012, we are a member of the Maritime Cluster Northern Germany.
The project of the first transnational network of the North German maritime economy started on January 1st, 2011 as “Maritime Cluster North Germany”. On board are the three northern countries of Hamburg, Niedersachsen and Schleswig-Holstein. The project focuses on the maritime industry with its shipyards and suppliers, offshore and marine engineering as well as the links with shipping, shipowners and ports. Cluster management is supported by a central management company based in Kiel and regional offices in Hamburg, Niedersachsen and Schleswig-Holstein.
